Michael and his grandparents

It's been an eventful September and October for Michael. Most importantly, he got to know both sets of grandparents. With the same result: it took him a little bit to get used to the new faces, smiles, kisses, and hugs, but now that they are gone he misses all the attention.
Look how much he enjoys to be the center of the party!

His newest accomplishments:
  • He is now 28 inches long and with his three and a half months wears pyjamas that are labeled "6-9 months"
  • He can simultaneously suck on both thumbs, that is until Mama catches and stops him (she much prefers him sucking on a pacifier, for fear of costly braces later)
  • Since he isn't allowed to suck on his thumbs, he discovered his toes and started sucking on them (Mama figures he won't do that for years to come, and therefore doesn't think this will harm his teeth).
  • Last week he grabbed a toy in front of him consciously for the first time.
  • When he lies on his belly he can wiggle himself forward towards a toy. Slowly, but determined. His top speed so far: two inches in 10 minutes.
So much for our first post. More later!
